
ABOUT MTM
We are dedicated to educating the public by creating a positive awareness and appreciation for historic antique trucks and the development of the motor transport industry. The Motor Transport Museum provides a place to preserve, restore, educate, and display antique trucks and related equipment, photos, literature, memorabilia, artifacts, and other pertinent information about the pioneers who significantly contributed to the motor transport industry.
Mission Statement
The primary purpose of the organization is to operate a non-profit museum in San Diego County, California, for the preservation and the public display of, and the education of the public concerning motor trucks, and related equipment, machines and artifacts, and other recent and historical knowledge, information and materials pertaining to the origin, development and progress of the motor transport industry.
